Our hourly rate is driven by an employee’s individual experience, compassion, dedication, and availability to name just a few things we look for in a candidate. We offer additional perks to help offset our competitive rate which includes opportunities to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, up to three weeks of paid time off for our BCBA’s. We provide opportunities to accrue additional hours upon completing paperwork on time, attending meetings, and participating in events. We have a robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that not only supports our employees, but their immediate family members as well. Last, but surely not least, we offer candidates the ability to have that “work/life balance” that we all strive for! Our supervisors and Clinical Directors are very caring when it comes to personal matters, and will work with you and your team to ensure coverage when staff have a need to be out of the office.
Currently, we service three states with just over 400 employees. We appreciate getting to know our valued team members on both a personal and professional level by holding quality calls with our Engagement team to ensure that everyone feels heard and appreciated. We also host company-wide events and professional development opportunities.
