Unqualified co-workers who have zero sales abilities. They hire the bottom of the barrel. Pay is terrible. I made the same pay in 1986. 2 years with company with excellent reviews not a dime for my efforts. No cost of living increase nothing. Co-workers I have spoke with working for company for 6 years still making the same pay.
