      Time off & insurance, meeting alot of great people in the stores.

      Cons

      NEVER get a raise & and if you have good work ethics and be honest about doing a good job for their clients then your out the door. Not a company you can rely on.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
