Pros
Fair work/home balance but predominantly due to my position. Job security in this economy has been great until the last year. I can't complain that much I've been promoted 4 times in the last 5 years so I feel there's plenty of opportunity for growth.
Cons
Workload is high, compenstaion is poor and corporate culture has been demoralized in the the 5 years that I've been here.
