      Training Friendly and generous co-workers Larger office

      Cons

      Biased allocation of resources Poor training in some departments Few female leaders in the company Old culture (More hours you work = better you are at your job) Unfair allocation of workload (good people gets lots more work and fewer resources) Hard to move up the pay scale

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
