      Fun job. Flexible hours. New experiences each day. Not an office job...got to travel statewide.

      Cons

      Poor communication from headquarters. A lot of backbiting and rumors among management. Never listened to those "in the field".

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
