      No raises Low pay Extensive busy work No loyalty to employees HR will not follow up on complaints Overworked and underpaid

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
