Pros
Independence. Working without supervision. Flexible schedule. Ability to pick up extra hours/projects. Work orders were mailed to you. I was able to work with no training. Good 401k match.
Cons
Some months you have a nice amount of hours, some months you barely have any. Be ready to work EVERY weekend. I knew of some full-time (hard-working) employees who only had part-time hours. Car allowance could be much better. There's just enough for gas (for my small SUV), but there's not enough for wear and tear. VERY repetitive. Mostly went to the same store every time. So even though most of the work was easy, it was pretty boring. Pay was ok. I was originally doing projects and resets with my first supervisor, for 9 months, then our Sets & Projects team got split into Impact (project), and Mandate (reset) teams. I was on the Impact team with a new supervisor and my hours were cut dramatically. Had to leave.
