      Some degree of autonomy. Praise from mgt for innovations and creative solutions but compensation doesn't come close to reflecting that.

      No raise (I provided innovations which directly increased company's bottom line), Zero communication skills, DISHONEST, ABUSIVE...

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
