Pros
When you do have out of town trips, they set you up in decent hotels with a great food allowance. Reimbursement is also enough to cover your travel with paid salary drive time.
Cons
You are not guaranteed any hours a week and OFTEN GO WITHOUT WORK for a few weeks. Most of the management is very incompetent, there is 0 communication in the company. This job is very unstable and I have gone 2 months without 1 assignment. The training is very "what you make it." They set me up with someone the first day to show me what to do, but after that I was on my own. They didn't even know who I was meeting with every assignment after that, every store does everything differently, and I had to constantly bother and stick to someone to understand my job. Their training is just a bunch of company history films. That's it.
