Pros
Acosta is a company that is very good at what it does. There is a reason that it is the biggest within it's industry. The management focuses heavily upon results and is competent in achieving the company's goals. It is empowering to work for an organization that is so effective at what it does. A sense of pride can be felt within the company that they are the best.
Cons
Compensation is poor relative to the industry. The workplace lacked a professional atmosphere one would expect from such a large company. Although Acosta is a leader within the industry, it is slow to adopt change, which can frustrate younger staff.
