Pros
The hours are incredibly flexible, the job is ridiculously easy, and you get to do a lot of traveling. You also get to work independently.
Cons
Management is very poor at communicating with their employees. In the six months I worked for the company, I only met my supervisor in-person once. I was a good employee that worked hard and covered stores in cities that were over 300+ miles away from where I live, and I was laid off due to territory changes handed down from corporate; this information was passed along to me in a phone call. I was promised promotions and encouraged to apply for a supervisor position, and each time I was told that something unexpected came up. This company is very sketchy, and I would encourage anyone who is considering to work here to reconsider their options.
