      Pros

      Weekends off, working independently, being out and about as opposed to working in one building, benefits as far as insurance and holiday pay are great, work/life balance was fantastic.

      Cons

      Pay was ok, but raises are rare. The main complaint was the sneaky way they handled a lay off. No idea it was coming and it was handled in a conference call.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
