Lack of Compensation - Business Manager Assistant Acosta Employee Review

Compensation Stinks! No raises again this year. This years reason - The compny had to pay out more in medical expenses due to people across the country with cancer. They buy more companies or make the sales numbers so outragious they are unattainable. (Corp. aslo doesn't give sales what their numbers to hit are until the end of the year.) How do they expect to keep employees?
