Pros
Senior leadership makes sure the employees are well taken care of. With flexible hours WFH or hybrid they value the person. Acosta tries to find good leaders within the company to promote which always boosts moral and encourages the teams around. They do right by their people, and recognize talent. They also celebrate wins daily.
Cons
Some people that work at Acosta have to take on extra work when an employee leaves which sometimes could be for a full year. There is no compensation for that extra work. The HR hiring team is no great at recruiting in a timely manor and often the company will rely on referral.
