Pros
Had several supervisors. Some were pretty good but there was one who was a micromanager and not an effective leader. Apparently they moved on up the corporate ladder.
Cons
Field reps will never get a raise at all. What you start with is what you end up with no matter how much you appease corporate culture. No incentives since they took away holiday bonuses (years ago for pt field) mileage now is limited. There is no flexibility of being able to choose offers. Everything is unscheduled calls and monitored. Not as much work as well. Clientele is not exactly upscale.
