      My direct manager was nice

      Cons

      Very isolated role that was undefined and hard to know where i stood when I first started because my hiring manager left the company like 2 weeks after I got hired and my role was new so it was not the best experience. Probably better now that they've had time to define the role.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
