      Normal work hours to enjoy nights and weekends. On my own most of the time, no boss micro-managing.

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
