Pros

You could make decent money

Cons

Expected to wear a suit to the office every day at 7:15am then dress down to go out and stand at Sam's Club and talk to people into phone upgrades or direct tv. The office is small and packed full of people, the management style is like tossing kids in the pool, if you do well, promotion, if you don't, then you're tossed aside. It's all a grind and you better be ready to annoy people and hassle them into talking to you or else you won't cut it.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your feedback. As a former employee of Acquire, you know we work in the promotional marketing and sales industry. This form of marketing requires us to market our clients’ products and promotions to shopping customers within membership club retail stores. We completely understand this form of marketing and sales in general can sometimes bring people out of their comfort zone. However, as any company does, our clients have weekly and monthly requirements that must be met and it is our job here at Acquire to meet said requirements. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, if one is not meeting the clients’ needs it is typically a good sign we are not the best fit for one another. This is standard in our industry. In the event that an employee struggles to stay on pace with meeting the needs of the clientele or the decision is made to release an employee from the company, we never wish to make the individual feel as though they have been tossed aside. Our sincerest apologies are extended if you felt this way at any point during or after your time of employment with our company. Again, your feedback is greatly appreciated and has been discussed with the appropriate Acquire staff member so we may improve upon any aspects of the company deemed necessary. We wish the very best. Kind Regards, Acquire Human Resources Dept.

Pros

The team outings are fun, but that is literally the only pro.

Cons

They lie about what you're doing (selling phones in a Costco or Sam's), berate you, and lie about the hours.
