Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your review. First and foremost, we would like to say how happy we are to hear you enjoyed the positive environment and team of people here at Acquire. We are also glad that you seem to have taken away several positive aspects from your time working with our company. However, we sincerely apologize for the poor communication on our end. While our business structure is a simple one, there is still a considerable amount of moving parts, as in any business, which can leave room for loopholes. In your case, that loophole was the right information getting to the right people. Sometimes there are too many hands on deck, which can leave room for miscommunication or unfortunately, none at all. Your feedback has been discussed with our Directors, who are working with our training team on implementing a system that will streamline our means of communication to minimize and hopefully eliminate instances such as yours from occurring in the future. Though unfortunate, your situation is a great training and learning opportunity for us all to be thorough communicators. Thanks to your feedback and the way in which these concerns have been addressed with our team members, we feel as though we are making moves in the right direction.
