In regards to compensation, thankfully, our pay model allows everyone a fair chance at making an uncapped salary. Depending on performance efforts, an individual’s commissions will, nine times out of ten, greatly exceed the compensation for clocked work hours alone. For many, that is an exciting opportunity!
