As a business, we have to make difficult decisions. We realize sometimes the hardest working employees may benefit from another career opportunity. We hope, that while this might not be the easiest transition, they may take with them the skills they gained while at Acquire. You referenced a pay structure that is inaccurate. Our Account Managers spend time with new hires to cover the pay structure. Moving forward, our management team will spend more time educating our Account Managers to have more preemptive conversations.
