Dear Sir/Ma'am, Although you had positivve interactions with our team, we were disappointed that you did not have an overall positive experience working at Acquire. We apologize if the pay structure was not made clear during the multiple interviews, new employee training, and digital documents. All employees are given a base pay well above the minimum wage, however, the bonuses and commissions are uncapped so that an employee is not limited on what they can earn. Although many employees feel the training program gives them the tools to succeed, we encourage employees to seek additional training if needed.
