Overworked, underpaid, even superiors don't know what leadership is doing.
They are selling a dream, lots of empty promises, management's goal is to sell you into believing in the company rather than address your needs or stick to their own directives from last year. Got promoted to a new role and hardly any training other than talking to others about the role and then a boatload of technical work dumped into my lap and no help in sight, as everyone else is also drowning in work.
