Pros

Technology to work from home if sick Flexibility for family needs Increasing bonus structure for new acquisitions Quarterly team-building events and happy hours always boost morale great clients innovative insurance solutions that challenge health care industry issues intentional hiring

Cons

Acrisure is the parent company that acquires smaller brokerages & partners. This can mean they are mostly removed from the day-to-day and operational processes which can cause a delay in information trickle down to employees. Return to office happened pretty quick after the initial shut down due to covid and has been in person since last year. Covid quarantine is the only time people work from home, and it would be nice if there were full remote options for those who chose to limit their exposure. With the technology to work from home, I don't understand the reason to be fully in person when the rest of the industry is realizing this job can be performed well at home, which is a HUGE benefit to employees. Salaries can be under industry standard Middle Management can be negative-minded and untrusting more than providing an atmosphere of encouragement and growth, but definitely improved some as time went on the biggest complaint is that communication is inconsistent but something management is aware of and works to improve

Pros

Good benefits, decent office spaces.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, even superiors don't know what leadership is doing. They are selling a dream, lots of empty promises, management's goal is to sell you into believing in the company rather than address your needs or stick to their own directives from last year. Got promoted to a new role and hardly any training other than talking to others about the role and then a boatload of technical work dumped into my lap and no help in sight, as everyone else is also drowning in work.
