Pros
I joined only a short time ago, and since then I’ve felt incredibly welcomed and happy to be part of the team. The overall atmosphere in the office is highly collaborative and feedback-driven, which I really value and enjoy. Everyone is extremely supportive and always willing to help, especially while you’re learning and getting acclimated. When I first started, I did face some challenges as I adjusted to a new company, role, and skill set. However, I’ve never felt more supported in a transition; both the training and the general environment have made a significant difference. Of course, like any position, there are natural ups and downs and a learning curve, but my experience overall has been very positive, and I truly appreciate the culture and support here.
Cons
Given that I’m still new, I’m currently focused on learning and adjusting, and I haven’t experienced any clear drawbacks at this point.
