Pros

ActioNet is made up of strong people delivering great services to customers.

Cons

Getting out of 8a during the LPTA era meant a lot of challenges competing for low-priced contracts. Their performance problems on the Department of State CCD contract hurt their reputation around the water coolers. Company needs to focus on customer satisfaction. Senior Management needs to "calm down" their more radical actions and elements. Senior Management should seek stabilization and harmony within the senior management team at corporate in the same way that PMs create harmony in the off-site teams.
