Pros
Paychecks come in on time. Minimal benefits. Some good employees, however horrible management, culture, and environment.
Cons
Poor management. Fake quality assurance and assessments. Unethical. Irresponsible. Turnover rate of 4-5 people per week because no one likes the environment. Cut throat environment. DRAMA city. Bottom line, they just hire their friends and people who know nothing about what they should be doing, resulting in so much trash talking that the good people who actually do work there are trashed while the incompetent people stay.
