Pros
Excellent wages and good if not exceptional benefits. This company is good to its most technically gifted staff. They give small "good luck" cash gifts at Chinese New Year to all staff.
Cons
Many of the management staff were inexperienced or had very narrow career experience. There seemed to be quite a bit of favoritism and there was distrust between staff and management in my unit. There was a great deal language used, and behavior that occurred, that I found unprofessional and uncomfortable.
