The IT Director and CTO are phenomenal. Communication is key in IT and their skills shine when a directive is given. Although it is a great location, Action doesn't cover your parking fee and it is docked from your pay. Along with it being in the prime of downtown, you have to deal with the traffic getting in-and-out of Birmingham which is terrible.
