Pros
Average pay, but I've been offered less for the same work. Great communication to the team in the field. Excellent understanding of what field merchandisers do and the obstacles that they may encounter. Opportunities for more hours or a better position do arise on occasion for those who are team players and have proven that they can go the extra mile for clients.
Cons
The entire industry is driven by client's needs so your hours can change at times. Not a knock on ActionLink itself, just the nature of the beast. While there are opportunities for more hours, advancement is difficult without a lot of openings.
