Pros
Training is great and you learn a lot about different technologies. You can really refine your sales skills and interests with the flexibility of different programs.
Cons
Not very stable. Good luck with some of the higher management. I knew a guy who was getting married and had to leave his honeymoon because the regional manager said he couldn't take the time off in the 4th quarter.
