Pros
You are able to create your own schedule to get everything done so that means extreme flexibility. There is compensation for food, training, printed pages, and miles driven.
Cons
I would not suggest doing this job if you have a full time job because you will have no time to do any of the big projects where most of the money is made. The miles that you drive in relation to money compensated for aforementioned miles is disproportional. If I had another part time job this would be a good supplemental job to have because I would have time but having a full time job I only have 4 hours to finished most of the projects that are pushed to me.
