Pros
The role is similar to other sales rep roles, it's pretty easy to get used to as long as youre comfortable with talking to people. Youre assigned a retail location where you advocate a brand by conducting demos, sales, and trainings. Because you're only responsible for one brand out of the store you don't usually get that many customers so you take your time with each person. I've been on 3 projects with Actionlink and all the managers I've had are good people who've been understanding and helpful.
Cons
Actionlink suffers from the same problems as many others, and that's that finding full time hours and new projects isn't always consistent. During off-seasons they mostly just have part time work, or roles that require large amounts of driving between multiple locations which can be hard to sustain.
