Trending in the right direction - Management ActionLink Employee Review

I have a great manager, have a new set of goal including a development goal, and participate on the "Culture Committee." We recently got access to LinkedIn Learning and have quarterly Town Halls about the business. Things are feeling good here now, and I can see myself growing with the company.
