Pros

There are some good things about Actsoft that makes it great place to work. It's a small business, CEO knows your name, and having the Dream Manager program for employees. However, the management is unprofessional and shady!

Cons

If you're a professional looking for a new job.I wouldn't recommend working for Actsoft. The leadership is unprofessional and the pay isn't competitive. Actsoft's leadership says the company is expanding and growing, but they are constantly looking for ways to fired employees. Word to the wise, don't work for a company that has shady people working in leadership, because the outcome is never good. Make the right choice, and work for a company that's more reputable and established.
