Pros
Fantastic owner who does not get in the way of sales or endorse bureaucracy. Executive management can always be reached by phone or email. From the top down Actsoft is true open door policy! This is the best company I've ever worked for!
Cons
I have very few complaints about this company. Actsoft went through a total reboot the last year. Tom (owner) brought in a CFO to clean up the books and provide structure that the company once lacked. Only Con I've seen is the commission structure could provide more incentives and keeping inventory in stock.
