Pros
The company has a pretty laid back in-office environment, very dedicated support / front-line workers, excellent software, and a good location (Tampa).
Cons
The company's management has been in place with very little change for a decade or more. They typically take a "been there, done that - here's why it won't work" position on ideas that mean moving out of their comfort zone. They also tend to think that great software should "sell itself", and that their best sales people are those that can demo the software best - vs. knowing the clients' needs. It's a Tampa-centric company, and you're either part of "the family" or you're not. If you're "in", it's a very good place to work - if you're "out", you might be looking for another job without knowing why.
