Pros
The people on the front lines are awesome and still try to retain that family feel and comradery, but Actsoft above the director level has lost its way as a company.
Cons
CEO is a great guy but has lost focus on what once made the company great. The addition of the new CSO aka "PACS" guru was a major downfall and blow to the family environment. Many of the ideas presented by those in the field or individual contributor level were never given serious consideration for improvements. No focus - channel vs direct sales, Old Tech ( aka archaic) stack - using a free version of MS Dynamics
