Pros

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning except a few decent people who were just trying to survive like I was. They pay every 1st of the month.

Cons

Completely disorganized management that makes decisions based on mood swings rather than logic or data. Zero recognition or appreciation – you're overworked, underpaid, and still blamed for things beyond your control. working hours without any acknowledgment; the idea of "flexibility" is just an excuse to exploit employees. Promotions and career growth depend on personal relationships, not merit or performance. A toxic atmosphere filled with fear, distrust, and micromanagement. Salaries are well below industry standards, yet you're expected to perform at the level of a senior executive. No real training, support, or development opportunities – you're thrown into the deep end and expected to figure things out on your own. No clear structure or processes – everything is chaotic and reactive, which leads to constant confusion and wasted effort. Favoritism is rampant – those who agree with management, regardless of their skills, are rewarded, while hardworking individuals are overlooked. Extremely high employee turnover – people are constantly leaving, and no one seems to ask why. Lack of transparency in decision-making – most changes are sudden, unexplained, and poorly communicated. Management lacks basic leadership skills – no vision, no empathy, just control and ego. Feedback is not welcomed – raising concerns often leads to being labeled “negative” or “not a team player.” HR exists only in theory – completely ineffective and biased toward upper management. Mental health and work-life balance are completely ignored – burnout is normalized. The company sells a "family culture," but in reality, it's a place where you constantly walk on eggshells. Internal politics matter more than actual performance or results. Raises, if any, are laughable – usually delayed, and often come without explanation or fairness. Innovation is discouraged – unless it comes from someone in management’s inner circle.

Pros

At the time there was the ability to be remote. That's no longer the case.

Cons

I worked for 5 years in the VISE team where we provided support for Cisco UCS. We were paid abyssmally for what we were doing and raises were pathetic (talking about a company that have me a 'raise' to 19.99 an hour and couldn't even round up a penny) but the perk of being remote most the week was nice. Eventually the company got a new contract so they decided to push Cisco away which ended with our entire team being laid off after we trained our overseas replacements (and in hindsight realizing the company knew of all this at least 6 months before it happened given where our department was moved to as the new contract got moved into the noc) except a handful of people who were the managers favorites getting moved to another department. Such as a person who was in the department for only a year being moved while far more senior and experienced people were laid off. Honestly being laid off was the best thing for me though as I was too comfortable to look elsewhere and I've since moved to a much better paying job that also is giving me much more meaningful skills and I no longer need to deal with a micromanaging upper manager. From what I've been told from people still there the company has gone even further down hill.
