Free lunch occasionally, some of the management is nice occasionally.

Cons

Over works employees, managers are condescending at times. If you don’t do over time they become shady towards you like you owed them something. They do not think ahead when staffing employees cause they let go of a lot of people when the vaccine became available and then the work load doubled and they had to rehire a whole new set of people to accomadate the work flow
