Pros?? Is this a joke! Other than the free meals which happens once in a while, nothing good has ever come out of the management hierarchy top down

Cons

Where can one begin. Asked to cover professional courses, not happening. Asked to cover time off to take courses self-paid, not happening. All they want to do is work you to the bone and dispose off your carcass if it does not add to their bottom line. Learned a life lesson here on watching your back, not trusting any one, after seeing other peers being fired on the spot for no cause of their own, than management style. Luckily ran before that happened to me!
