Pros

There wasn't anything nice that I can recommend about this place.

Cons

The company is not ran very well at the local level. The whole operation is very disorganized and lacks competence. The management is not trust worthy and tell you things they will do to help you but never do. They lie to your face. Training is non-existent. Employees are not treated with respect. As a sales rep, you don't actually earn "paid time off", it's called "personal time off", and you are required to work on your days off. The whole atmosphere is very toxic with the entire office along with management engaging in daily backstabbing, name calling, and general rude behavior that is most generally found on playgrounds across the country. I will say the that most of the behavior in which I just described is a result of management and how employees are treated. It all starts at the top. You never knew from one week to the next when the company was going to lay off/fire employees because of a sudden restructuring. Management seems lost and are out of touch with both their employees and their vision of running their company. At the end of the day, all I can say is this is a terrible place to work for and I can not recommend it! The job I left there has been a revolving door and will continue to be until they really realize what the real problem is....

Pros

I enjoy my job and the new adventures it brings each day. As a manager, I like being able to help shape our future and pass on my knowledge to help others succeed.

Cons

I suppose there are always things that can be improved and who doesn't want to earn more money, and although I understand that is most likely based on revenue generation, we have a lot of team members across the country that have been with the company (and their respective publications) for many, many years and I believe they're salaries should be reflective of that time and dedication and that is not always the case, as we have team members who have been here for a decade, sometimes decades, making less that someone we just hired.
