Pros

Very diverse student body. Very friendly atmosphere. Living in Alamosa- close to a lot of outdoor activities.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to separate work/life because of the small school/town. It took a while to adjust to the rural-ness of Alamosa, but it can grow on you.

Pros

Great group of kids to work with. Most of them men sports think they’re all going to play professional. Women’s sports are more grounded and they understand they are there for an education.

Cons

Administration and coaching staff are very difficult to work with. Was like working in a “good old boys” club except they were all women.
