      Friendly people and someone always willing to help. Very community oriented.

      Each department of study can be different with great environments or not so great environments that lack leadership.

      Pros

      Great group of kids to work with. Most of them men sports think they’re all going to play professional. Women’s sports are more grounded and they understand they are there for an education.

      Cons

      Administration and coaching staff are very difficult to work with. Was like working in a “good old boys” club except they were all women.
