The partners are smart and guide you through the personal injury field in every way possible to ensure you are successful as an employee of the firm. They take the time to teach and train their staff with seminars and personally hold meetings to share their vast knowledge. They keep the staff engaged in work with high-end technology computers and software. They cultivate a family-like atmosphere as they treat their employees very well and hold many luncheons at the firm and out of the firm to show their appreciation. They celebrate all of us with a Christmas party each year, which is a bonding experience for the employees and their respective families to share in the employee's work life. I found a place that I can call home, which is unheard of in the personal injury arena of work!
