Pros

I love working at Adapt but am less than excited about the North Bend Director and several people on the North Bend team have quit or are contemplating new jobs as a direct result of her.

Cons

The North Bend Office needs more support from higher up as our director is all about "her way" as opposed to other supportive ways.

Pros

All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.

Cons

N O N E .

Pros

Decent wages, benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Horrible management, This company is very disorganized and a very high turnover. If you speak out on how the company could improve you are targeted and most likely fired. They did not provide QMHA's scheduled supervision for credentialling and fired 10 employees in 2025 in Curry county. Not a comfortable environment to work.
