      Pros

      Adapt for Life is flexible, understanding, and all about the kids! Our main priority is our kids' treatments. We have social group time and really emphasize the full growth of the kiddos!

      Cons

      We're a smaller company. This could be a con for some, but it's a pro for me!

      Flexibility. Consistent attempts to improve. Always trying to find ways to offer every employee across the board an opportunity for growth. Overall support and encouragement to maintain a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      ABA can be a very difficult field to work in for a multitude of reasons out of your control.
