      Pros

      good friendly work environment. love working with the kids. 8am to 5pm hours Mon-Fri. Weekends off.

      Cons

      they've started cutting hours. I'm full time, but they've cut my hours from 40 to an average of 32 hours a week. Not great about communicating about hour cuts. No moving up or opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Consistent attempts to improve. Always trying to find ways to offer every employee across the board an opportunity for growth. Overall support and encouragement to maintain a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      ABA can be a very difficult field to work in for a multitude of reasons out of your control.
