Pros

I love working at Adcap! I know that sounds so cheesy, but it's true. This is my first job out of college and I couldn't be happier...I don't think most people can say that. The people that I work with/for are so smart, talented, and friendly. I learn something new every day and am constantly smiling. The free coffee and snacks are also lovely. What more could you want?

Cons

Sometimes I feel a little bit at a disadvantage because I don't have an IT background. Luckily, everyone has been very patient and the internal training sessions have helped a lot.
